Booking an independent count
How a shop books a relationship manager to count its stock, and what each side does.
A shop can count its own stock any time. When the count needs to carry more weight, for a loan for example, the shop can book a relationship manager to do it. Approved counts from a booking carry an "Independent relationship manager" certificate.
For the shop owner#
- Go to Booked counts → Book a count.
- Pick a relationship manager. Filter by region; each card shows how many counts they've done.
- When and where: the branches to count, the first day and how many days, and the fee. The fee starts at the minimum for the branches you picked; you can offer more for a big shop. Pick the account the fee is recorded from.
- Review and send. The relationship manager gets a text.
Then:
- They accept: the fee shows on the booking for you to pay by MoMo. Nothing is charged before they accept.
- They decline: you're told, with their reason if they gave one. Book someone else.
- Paid: they come and count. Each count they submit appears on the booking; open it, check it and approve it. The certificate is ready once approved.
You can cancel before the count starts. If you'd already paid, TradeBroken refunds you.
For the relationship manager#
- Your Bookings shows new invitations with a badge, and you get a text.
- Open one to see the shop, the branches and addresses, the days, and what you'll earn.
- Accept with one tap, or Decline (a reason is optional; the shop sees it). You can pull out later as long as the shop hasn't paid.
- When the shop has paid, open the shop from your account and do the count. Submit it for the owner to approve.
For a lender#
Each approved count's certificate has a code. Check it on TradeBroken's verification page to see the shop, branch, who counted, when it was approved and what was counted, exactly as issued.
