Becoming a relationship manager

A relationship manager (RM) is a TradeBroken partner who helps shops in their area get set up and stay organised, and can be booked to count a shop's stock independently. RMs earn from the shops they look after.

Apply#

Go to the relationship managers page and tap Apply now. You'll give your name, email, a password, your Ghana mobile number and your region, then confirm your phone with a texted code.

Already work at a shop on TradeBroken? Apply from your account menu with the same login.

What happens next#

1. Accepted. TradeBroken reviews your application. Once accepted you may be asked to pay a training fee by MoMo (the amount shows on your dashboard).
2. Training. You learn how TradeBroken works and how to set shops up.
3. Approved. You get your own code, like RM-7K3FQ, and your dashboard opens fully.

Your work#

• Share your code. Owners who enter it when they register are linked to you.
• Set a shop up. From Shops → Set up a shop, enter the shop's name and the owner's name, phone and email. The owner gets a text with a link to finish: they choose their own email and password. You can resend the link if it expires.
• Count stock. Shops can book you to count their stock. See Booking an independent count.

Getting paid#

• You earn a share of what your shops pay TradeBroken while they keep paying.
• For a booked count, you get most of the fee the shop paid.
• Your dashboard shows this month so far, what's waiting, and what you can be paid. Payouts go to your MoMo; set the name on your MoMo account in your profile so payments reach you.
