What TradeBroken does

The big picture: stock, sales and money in one place, and records a lender can check.

TradeBroken is where a shop keeps its stock, its sales and its money, for every branch, in one place. Each thing you do updates the rest: sell an item and it leaves your stock, your cash and your reports at the same time. Nothing has to be added up at the end of the day.

What you can do with it#

  • Products and stock. List what you sell by kind (spare parts, groceries, fashion…), with barcodes. Give every shelf a code and a printed QR label so anyone can find things.
  • Sales and purchases. Sell at the counter on cash, MoMo or credit, and record what you buy from suppliers. Stock and money follow on their own.
  • Money. Cash accounts (the till, MoMo, the bank), expenses, staff advances, who owes you and who you owe. Close a month when it's done so nobody changes it by mistake.
  • Stock counts. Count what's really on the shelves, compare it with what the system expects, and approve it. Each approved count gets a certificate with a code.
  • Reports and the lender pack. Profit, stock value, branch by branch. The lender pack bundles your figures for a bank, with a code they can check.
  • The marketplace. What you have in stock can show on the TradeBroken marketplace, so buyers nearby find you and call.
